The Inaugural Amazing Korean Table 2009
The first annual Amazing Korean Table aims to introduce new Korean dishes through cooking classes and demonstrations by both renowned and upcoming chefs from Korea and abroad. The purpose of Amazing Korean Table is to highlight Seoul as a fun and unique gourmet city and to promote Hansik (Korean cuisine) to chefs and food lovers around the world. This event will take place from October 28th to 31st 2009 at ten renowned restaurants around Seoul, including the Korea House, and the Lotte Hotel. The Amazing Korean Table is an international gourmet festival jointly hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
